The Music Industry Census

Is there any way to know who worked for the Secret Service in 1915?
My husband's great-great-grandfather was married in 1915 in Indiana, but given its current residence in Lansing, Michigan, and his occupation as "the Secret Service man." This guy had a history of lying and generally being a villain (as he 1915 was the first marriage, when he left his wife and son back in England in 1914), so I'm trying to confirm or deny this story. I can not find him or his family in the 1920 census, but in 1930, lives in Ohio with his wife and son worked as a clerk in the music industry, whatever. Any pointers are appreciated!
No. … because it is a SECRET
