I have a fairly healthy lifestyle so why do I feel tired and weak all the time?

I work as a fitness instructor, do loads of exercise, drink loads of water, eat pretty well and don’t binge drink, smoke or take drugs but I constantly feel like I’m coming down with something. I feel weak, tired and usually have a headache. I was tested for diabetes and anaemia and all that a few years ago so don’t really know what could be wrong. Has anyone experienced anything similar? Do you think I could be deficient in something? Or should I just embrace the drugs, sex and rock and roll culture and bugger this healthy malarkey?
Ketti J, thanks for all that, but I don’t have a shower at home and I don’t think you can do that with a bath. Plus, I feel crap all day, not just in the morning

What a great question : ) its all down to lack of energy.Your battery is flat and it needs recharged.

Theres a few great ways to get your energy back but you might not be interested in the cure.

Qi gong or yoga is amazing for getting your energy back and it works through breathing exercises and it energizes your nervous system.

Ive been practicing a short form of qi gong for a few weeks now and it makes you feel amazing.

You can practice if you like.I’ll post the video you might think its silly but its ancient chinese medicine and i really works if you do it right.Just try it you will have so much energy people will think youve been snorting speed lol
