Is the Rock and Roll Hall Of Fame make exceptions for certain artists who do not meet all the criteria?
The influence of artists like Link Wray and Wanda Jackson can not measure, but almost certainly never reach the RRHOF due to record sales. Rock Hall Will make exceptions for those who obviously should be honored? (No is that the Rock Hall means nothing. I do not think there's an official album of brand RRHOF sales for only 25 years and the influence and importance. And there are things like "influences" category. But, Link Wray invented more or less playing modern rock guitar.
