Stethoscope recommends "noisy environment / good through clothing" model of something?
We use the Littman lightweight model with a cut tube down to increase the sensitivity to sound. But I've been out of the workforce for several years, and can use a "best" power to help the ears of rock 'n' roll middle age ….. Evaluation of bowel, breathing, and routine operation of the factory of heart sounds, and nothing special (Med-Surg RN). Am I not a candidate for a hearing (YET – smile) and had not planned cardiology at the class or scope of the battery-amplified. What experiences have you had with things like UltraScope (not a Littman) or other "noisy" / "through clothing good" areas? (It seems that single parent is usually sensitive to pressure.) Calculate the cost of something like USD $ 100 (or less) of an upgrade, but do not want a trendy toy that did not work. OTOH, I imagined paramedics / EMT / similar probably had much to say about the good, the economic scope terribly adverse working conditions …. Feedback from all levels of users appreciated!
A stetho never really very good through clothing. Too rub off and strange noises too. In addition, can not use the hood, in this case. I use and recommend the Welch Allyn Harvey Elite.
