Rio Mp3 Music Manager
I am trying to use my old Rio s30s mp3 player, but when I connect it to my PC, the screen reads “waiting…”??
Yeah, so I connect the Rio, but the screen says “USB connected – waiting” with a little symbol of arrows in a circle, as if loading. It has been like this, but doesn’t change.I have Rio music manager downloaded and everything – it is just the device itself. I don’t want to pay the fee for technical support on their website. Any helpful tips, solutions, or insight would be much appreciated.
Reset it, look in your manual on resetting.
If that don’t work you may have to format it – To format = Plug in your mp3* Go to start* Go to my computer* Right click you mp3 and choose format*
