Pop Music Station
Is it legal to make an online pop music radio station for free – if you need a pass to listen?
People would email to recieve the password and it would come automatically. That password would then be entered to direct them to the listen page.
By the first answer, I see that I have confused you. I have set up an Internet radio station but obviously you have to pay for licenses. If i password protect the listen page, and email the pass to people on request – is it legal?
I mean legal but still free.
I don’t think its legal. You need a licence to play copyrighted music
