90′s dance/pop song that uses a lot of quotes (sayings, clichés, etc.), sung by a female!… Who knows this
90′s dance/pop song that was sung by a woman!… In the song she uses a lot of quotes (sayings, clichés, etc.)… The one that I remember is when she says, “You can take a horse to water, but you can not make it drink.”… It’s one of those songs that you would find in one of those compilation CD’s,… like Hit Dance Music 1997, or something like that!… Oh, and her voice sort of sounds like Annie Lennox,… sort of!… 
DANCE song!… It has a dance tempo!… Kind of like the song “Jellyhead” — by Crush,… or the song “Ray of Light” — by Madonna… That kind of DANCE tempo…. You know?… About 120 bps (beats per second)….
