Suggestions for a good nyc bar to throw a b-day party?
I’d like to throw a b-day party at a nyc bar, but there are a few things that I require. First off, I’m inviting around 30-40 people. I don’t want there to be too many tables or booths, that way, people are forced to socialize with folks they don’t know. Also, I would perfer a place that doesn’t feature predominately pop, dance or hip-hop music. I’d prefer rock. Oh, it must be inexpensive. Thanks!
The Park…on like 17th and 10th ave…ask about renting out the penthouse upstairs…thats a great place.
Absolutely 4th on W4th and 7th ave…best martini’s in town fer sher. Ask for Howard when you call.
Brother Jimmy’s on 78th and 2nd ave….you can drink out of fishbowls, and you can rent the side room.
Lucky Chengs on E3rd street and 1st ave…drag queens, good times, rent out a room downstairs.
