for one of my classes we are studying pop culture.
for homework we need to describe the way music is a reflection of society, and what we can learn from music.
we need to use quotes from a song lyric to support our view.
but i have noooo idea what to do.
please help!?
For example Beyonce’s “Single Ladies” includes the line “if you liked it you should of put a ring on it” referring to the desperate struggle in contemporary society for single women to be sexually owned by a man.
