Pop Music Globalization

Are French teens well mannered considered to Americans?
as we know, France has alot of etiquette. But, with the current globalization of American culture, cultural characteristics of europe are being lost in teens. Italian teens are starting to wear American style clothing, the Eastern Russians are listening to English pop music, and seldom do you find a German who doesn’t know English.
So i’m wondering, do french teens still keep well mannered like the previous generation?
And what other cultural things in europe do you still see being lived out by teens?
their rudeness is due to snottyness, which can only be achieved by being well mannered. When i mean well mannered, i mean they follow maners. for example, it is polite to say excuse me when adressing a stranger. if a tourist doesnt do this, theyll be snotty like “who the hell are you to adress me without being polite?”
anyone is well manered compared to americans
