Is this a fake iPod (I have pictures)?

http://i669.photobucket.com/albums/vv59/DaSavior/HNI_0073.jpg
That’s the firmware.

Menu

That’s the Menu. No Podcast/Shuffle Songs. But Record and E-Books is on it?

http://i669.photobucket.com/albums/vv59/DaSavior/HNI_0066.jpg

That’s the front of the iPod. Looks like a 4th Generation nano right?

Error

That’s what’s pops up when no music is on the iPod.

So is this a fake iPod? Or do I have to update it with something?
What generation is this also? Need answers asap. Any help is good help, thank you.
Doesn’t connect/show up on itunes.
Shows up on my computer as G-Drive and I had to click and drag songs from my itunes library to it.
I knew it had to be fake, thanks for the input guys.

I got it in a trade for 2 lame 360 games and 40 bucks so losing the 40 bucks sucks.

It is most definitely fake.

The firmware screen is totally different on iPods.

The menu on iPods don’t have a font like that in your second picture. They’re much more smooth.

It looks like a 4th gen iPod nano, except for the black spaces. My iPod nano doesn’t have it.

And that empty disk error never pops up on an iPod without music.

The Bends

The Bends

$5.32

While Radiohead saw its stock rising in 1994, it wasn’t until 1995′s The Bends that it really became a blue chip band. And for good reason. The quintet honed its talent for bombastic Brit Rock, yet still preserved an edge of unpredictability. Even singles like the title track didn’t give in to the kind of swooning guitar clichés usually embraced by commercial radio. If the CD proved anything, it …

Vegas Vacation (Widescreen Edition)

Vegas Vacation (Widescreen Edition)

Clark (Chevy Chase), the bumbling Griswold patriarch, gets into his usual quota of trouble–especially on a sightseeing trip to the Hoover Dam (where puns on the word “da…

Chris Gaines Greatist Hits

Chris Gaines Greatist Hits

$13.99

In… The Life of Chris Gaines is a way for Garth Brooks to indulge his rock-star fantasies without directly putting his country credibility on the line. This fictional greatest-hits album is supposedly a prequel to a movie (The Lamb) in which Brooks will assume the role of a mysterious Australian-born pop singer. The first single, “Lost in You,” sounds like Kenny Loggins auditioning for a role in…

Elvis Found Alive

Elvis Found Alive

$7.99

Elvis-is-alive fans, look no further…here’s your “proof” that the King is still with us! Claiming to dismantle the long (and reasonably) held belief that Elvis Presley passed away in 1977, this program chronicles the filmmaker’s “discovery” that, for decades, Elvis has been living under an alias in Simi Valley, California. Wait until you hear about his exploits as a spy for Richard Nixon; why he…
