‘WEDDING MUSIC ONLY’ WEBSITE SIGNING SPECIALIST ACTS
A new interactive ‘wedding music only’ website, I Do Music, has launched and is currently recruiting wedding entertainment specialists from across the UK.
The aim of the website is to make booking specialist wedding bands and acts an easy armchair experience. www.idomusic.co.uk is the product of two years work and backed by over two decades of experience in providing groups, bands and soloists for weddings throughout the UK.
Wedding music specialists signing up to the concept will receive their full fee, with a small fee levied on the customer.
Founder Steve Dolder has performed in chart selling bands before forming one of the UK’s most successful wedding bands, Hip Operation, which has played at the weddings of TV and movie stars, premiership footballers and Royalty.
Steve Dolder says:
“Having worked in top wedding bands for a number of years, the management at I Do Music has a full understanding of the needs of live wedding acts, and the requirements of their customers. Good wedding music is a highly specialist area so we felt it was time for a specialist website. For this reason we are only signing acts that focus on live wedding entertainment”.
The I Do Music website has the look and feel of an informal wedding planner. The site has been designed to be fast and easy to use, and is fully automated. The bride, groom or wedding planner can browse acts by location or musical genre. A ‘My Favorites’ section allows them to save selected acts to play videos or audio clips to their friends on a laptop or a hand held device.
The I Do Music website will offer a wide range of wedding acts from rock, pop and Big Band to small ensembles. Solo acts like pipers and harpists will be offered together with some of the UK’s leading tribute bands.
