What will happen after my depression?
Okay so about 3 years, I had severe depression, but latley and I felt happy. and do not get me wrong, I'm so excited to finally be emerging from this horrible life hell, and I can say that my depression is almost defiant once. but I'm going to change, and I have no idea what to do for me three years of depression, I use to wear only dark clothes, mostly black, but now I'm on the subject Neon, which I use to listen to screamo and metal only, (Bullet For My Valentine, attack attack, etc.). but now, well, I still do like them but I'm likeing the most popular music such as pop-techno and stuff (Ke $ ha) As the saying goes, "the darkest hour is the hour before dawn" and I'm 10 minutes in the morning, and I'm changing, so I'm not like all my friends are also at a stage of depression and will not get what I feel, I'm done with the dark so what I can do? I'm in a way that is different, so I have a fear of becomeing
You are on track to become the real you. We have no idea who we are and have no self-esteem when suffering from depression. Be happy that you have recovered and accepted for who you are as you get to know yourself really>
