Music Industry Plagiarism
Any ideas on the inclusion of songs from artists in the music industry in our own personal videos online and then?
I not even include the full version. Bits and pieces here and there, demos, and even if it's the real thing, is my song, which means that bought it, own .. but it is still work to other artists. Having trouble only if you try to create your own song in its own industry, then they would basically be plagiarism and more? This means that if you try to pass as your own work? I'm assuming it's fine if it only included sometihng is compiled in together. For example, I made some videos of, say, driving through the images on the road, filming some churches and bits and pieces including evanesscence of say in it and put it online aftewards. What can you and I can do? Consideration should be fine if people use songs all the time and post it to your dance self-assembly of choreography or video on youtube. this is mostly on sites like facebook / myspace, etc
if the songs are not protected by law intellectual property that allows you to use if your protected by your not allowed to use, even if you own the CD
