Does piracy hurt the music industry? Need facts to support?

Hi, For my kind of data management, need to find a site that provides data and statistics to support the claim that the music industry is being adversely affected by piracy. I having a very hard to find the facts to support this. If someone could point me in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.

Piracy has completely gutted the music industry. A credible analysis by the Institute for Policy Innovation concludes that global music piracy made 12.5 billion U.S. dollars in economic losses each year, 71,060 U.S. jobs lost, a loss of $ 2.7 billion in labor income, and a loss of $ 422 million in revenue, $ 291 million in income tax and $ 131 million in lost corporate income and production taxes. Copies of the report www.ipi.org visit. You can also find more statistics on the RIAA and the IFPI website (RIAA.com and IFPI.org I)
