How to get into the music industry ?
I have ALWAYS had a passion for singing, it’s something i am determined to pursue and make a living out of. Im 15 years old, and i live in Canada. My vocal range is 3 octaves… if you even care 
haha.
But um, i was just wondering, how can i get into the music industry or how can i get noticed ? This is what i want to for the rest of my life, but i honestly don’t even know where to start.
My parents are always telling me “oh you have to be a doctor..blahblahblah, singing isn’t an established career.” And it hurts. I just want to prove myself to them, and anyone else who thinks the same.

you get noticed by selling records. if you think you can just sit around all day singing to the radio and one day wake up with a recording contract, you are very wrong. if you want to make music, make music. don’t sit around and wait for a handout because you wont get one
