So before even thinking about opening a studio it is a good idea to think about location and how you would pay for this all. In the class ‘working with the creative industries’ we learnt that looking for a location to start a business can be easy or hard.

Yes location is apart of the marketing strategy. It plays a key role on how you will generate customers. It sounds like your teacher wants a business plan. I would just follow a model for one. That would give you way over 15 pages of content.
