music industry antitrust
is the music industry anti-competitive? in breach of antitrust/competition rules?

NO

you are totally free to sell your music anywhere you want, any way you want
plenty of independent studios you can record at, companies that will make you a master cd, do packaging, etc – that’s not anti-competitive

just because no one one wants to pay those costs for you doesn’t mean it’s anti-anything

pay them yourself – it’s a free world

just because you can’t get a big label to sign you, doesn’t mean anything other than they don;’ think you are good enough to make money for them, so they aren’t going to waste their time and money

Mountain – Hard Times
