Mp3 Music Hosting Websites
If TV-links is legal by saying they only provide links to copyrighted shows/videos/movies?

then is it legal for a mp3 websites to provide tons of mp3s as long as the mp3s ARE NOT host/exist on the website, as its only links to other ppl who have the music files?? as im thinking of creating a website based on that? example: like mepgsearch.com…etc. etc.
btw, is it legal only if ppl can not download the infomation, in this case, videos/mp3 to their harddrive? if they do it themsevles, willl them/owner get prosecuted?
who told you what tvlinks is doing is legal?
