Phillips MP3 – Can’t transfer files?
I have Phillips Go Gear Aria 4GB.
When I connect it to computer the battery charges fine, but when I try to transfer any kind of data to my MP3 player it says: Waiting: “The GoGear Aria is busy”. And that’s all, transferring music is impossible. I try and resetted player for several times and later on I formatted it, as suggested by Phillips help center. Nothing worked.
I have asked Phillips help center again, but they said they cover only USA and Canada users (?).
Any suggestions, how to make it work again?
I have never used any other program (like WMP or Phillips) to transfer music.
I always go to My computer – select the device and copy the files directly.
How did you try to transfer music?
(Windows Media Player, or any other Phillips software for the player?)
Try this:
hook it up –> “My Computer” –> “Portable drive” (or “device”) try to add or delete one file like a normal directory.
Hopefully it will unstuck it…..
