Ill Hip Hop Community

double question, is hip hop dead? is it the reason why the black american community is in chaos?
As i listened to some of my favorite oldschool and subsonic rap songs on xm satilite radio it dawned on me , could they be be right? could all those critics of rap that said its an extremly bad influence be right? i noticed nearly all my favorite rap songs promoted some ill mannered theme with a good rythem. this was brought to my attention of course by the continued chaotic state and urban deterioration of the inner city of most if not all major cities. with large black populations.
I believe that hip hop is dead. However i don’t believe that the black community is in chaos strictly because of it. It may fuel the fire. Along with changing hip hop, I’d like to know how we could improve the black community all around.
