need a good workout video?

I really need to lose a lot of weight ( 20 kg) by mid February. I have been following a diet and lost 10 kg (my initial goal was to lose 30 kg so 20 are left )so far by walking for 1-2 hours five times a week . I need something other than outside workouts because I am starting university soon and by the time i finish studying and finish my classes, i don’t think i will be able to go outside the house. I need something that will actually make me sweat since i probably didn’t lose the water weight yet. Free or not, i am really willing to try anything as long as it thorough and shows me what to do and how many times .I have heard of workout videos such as power 90, zumba and hip hop abs, and wondering whether anyone know something better ? will the videos be worth the money ( effective) ?

The most effective in my opinion is the P90X, I mean I did it and it helped lose the STUBBORN 20 pounds that I had to lose. It is worth your money…every penny. However, if you don’t want to spend that much, you can still see results by using the Biggest loser boot camp, cardio max, or Jillian 30 day shred. I have heard from my friends who lose 20-30 pounds using those workout dvds. You can try free workouts on youtube ranging from yoga ( Sadie is the BEST), belly dancing, taebo, and etc. But remember, 80% of weight loss stems from a healthy diet. The best way is to eat healthy. If you do all the exercises, it won’t help you if you don’t eat right. For breakfast eat oatmeal with banana. For lunch, eat a chicken salad with vegetables or Fish with brown rice. For dinner, eat brown fried rice except fry your rice with olive oil since that is “healthy” fat with lots of vegetables.
