Hip Hop Remix Contests
How can I find out about r&b rap or hip hop remix contests? Please Help!?
I am a singer and I sometimes rap and I was thinking a great way to get noticed by record companies and eventually get signed to a record deal would be to enter and win some singing contests like American Idol but ones that let you use your own lyrics and songs cuz I write my own songs. Anyway, I thought remix contests would be a great way to get on. So I did a search and I was able to find just one http://rap.jairdynast.com/ – It’s is amazing, I signed up. You get to write your own songs and sing it to this popular rapper/producer Jair Dynast’s beats. If you win you get money and get to collaborate on a song for his next album. His beats are hot and I am going into the studio this weekend to record something.
Anyway, I was wondering if there are r&b, rap or hip hop contest out there like this I can enter or if there is a website that tells about r&b rap and hip hop remix contests like this one? Any help would be really appreciated! I really want to get signed soon!
