Know alot of underground unsigned artists
Know alot about your local hip hop
Mixtapes. I dunno dates when things were released

Whats your strong area where you feel you know your sh’t well?
Bq- next 3 albums your planning to spend money on?
Bq2- even if you buy an album do you still download it if it leaks?
I know a lot about local rap acts and know a lot about the local history of my hometown’s hip hop scene. As well as I know a lot about other cities, states, regions when it comes to hip hop and there history such as how to differentiate between regions and where there sounds originated from, etc.
Producers are a strong point, I’m actually a bigger fan of producers than I am of rappers, I study the techniques they use to produce beats, like pitches, tempos, samples, what type of instruments they use. I can listen to almost any rap song and know who the producer is right away.
Discographies, the years albums were released, labels, are things I remember and I’d say I’m pretty knowledgeable when it comes those topics.
Bq- I don’t plan on buying anymore albums unless there through i-tunes or another digital source. I don’t see the point in buying a cd anymore since I’m just going to rip them into my computer and i-pod and probably not even going to use the disc ever again after that.
Bq: I’d buy CunninLinguist Oneirology, and two classic rap albums (since there becoming rare) if I had to choose to spend some money.
Bq- nope.
