Hip Hop Industry Book

Are there books on a hip hop mafia?
Someone told me that there is a book containing reasoning that there is a group of hip hop elites that control the industry. How can I locate that book?
The book goes to say, things that would put Artist in control of the coast and whats being presented in the industry. And for those who don’t like HIP HOP Music , Please keep your responses to yourself.
I think you meant “gangs”, not “mafia”. Mafia implies class despite a lack ethics. Hip hop is a lack of both.
