Even if you have to hire a lawyer who specializes in this field it will be money well spent to protect your investments and future in the music world.
Talent
Where can you find talent? If you have ever watched, a musical documentary you already know that talent can be anywhere. Just look at the popular group from the 90′s Kriss Kross, these kids were discovered in an Atlanta mall by a guy is was practically a kid himself, Jermaine Dupri was 18 when he saw them in the mall and thought they looked like a rap group!
You can scout for talent nearly anywhere but if you want to sit back and have the talent come to you consider holding a local competition. It does not have to be on par with American Idol or anything just a simple contest that will bring people out and give you an opportunity to sign the next 2 Pac or Biggie Smalls!
