Hip Hop Global Culture
Do you look at the NFL and NBA, and wonder if baseball should try to “urbanize”?
Just to be politically incorrect, I really would hate to see that hip hop crop infultrate MLB.
I love that all cultures, races, nations are welcome and represented in MLB. It’s a more global game than ever, and I would love to have more black players in the game, similar to how it was in the 1980′s. But I don’t want any of that NBA style crap in the sport.
Thoughts on how MLB should handle recruitement and spreading the game?
“urbanize” is pretty obvious
Let the players come to the game. There are still some black players, but football and basketball (especially) are just a bigger lure right now. I don’t give a rat’s ass what color or ethnicity players are–I just want to see the best in the world on the field. . . .
