Hip Hop Flute Beat
What is this pop song with Italian-ish flutes playing?
Ok, this is really bugging me. There’s been a song going for the past month or so, popular on local hits and hip-hop stations and I heard it at a bowling alley too. Ok, so it’s a woman singer who sings in almost a trance/pop style, and the catchy italianish music switches between her and this beat. It’s hard to explain, but the beat goes “da duna duna duna duh” and theres a constant drum beat in the back. No, it is not Lady Gaga or anything like that. She sings in a high voice, almost sounding foreign. And she tends to hold the last letter of each frase. And the background is some kind of Italian-ish beat, at least that was my impression.
Any guesses will help! Remeber it is a recent song, plays on hits stations, and has a constant beat in the background with some kind of Italian- sounding “dahh nuh nah dah nah na nuh na nuh na nuhh”
