What should I do for a Job?
Im 15 years old and I like animation, I can animate on flash and Im a good drawer, I would also like to act a bit maybe in some music videos and that. Also Id like to be a comedian and make like a sketch show, its hard for me to say but others think im quite funny, What should I do?
In a dreamworld I would love to be a musician and make music because I think music is one of the best things ever created, I love the trumpets when it gets to a dramatic moment in a song, Id like to be like hip hop and like indie/pop/funky like Outkast, Unkle Jam etc. Im not a good singer but I have a witty style and good attitude so I would be a good hype man or rapper
The question should be what shall I do for a Career
LIVE in the real world – get a part time job.
GO TO COLLEGE – NO ONE will hire you for the animation industry without a college degree, make sure that you take classes in computer animation as well – it’s the future of cartoons.
THE ONLY WAY you can get a job in the animation field without a degree (or two or three) is if you know someone already IN the field, and they’re willing to take a chance on you (and possible risk their job doing it…).
