Hip Hop Dvd Workout
Has anyone tried a workout DVD called hip hops abs?
I was watching an infomercial about Shaun T Hip Hop Abs and was wondering if anyone has tried it and if it works. Thanks.
I haven’t tried it, but I’ve tried Insanity (also by Shaun T)
he’s a cool guy and so much fun. Hip Hop abs should be a great program if it’s anything like Insanity, and I’m quite sure it works.
You should get it!! He’s a great motivator!
