Shabazz Palaces, the enigmatic Seattle hip-hop duo composed of Ishmael Butler and Tendai Maraire, celebrates the release of its new Sup Pop album, “Black Up,” with a free show Tuesday, June 28, at the Queen Anne Easy Street Records and two nights at Neumos, Thursday and Friday, June 29-30.
