does the dvd hip hop abs work?

how many days a week should i be doing it? any good tips? I am a new mom..just gave birth 3 months ago and so far I love the video it is fun but ive only gone thru the first set of work out yet… Cardio. Thanks.

The key is how much you put into it. If you just do the moves you’ll get some results but if you really put yourself into it and tighten your muscles as you do the moves you’ll get far better results. If you’re feeling really sore when you do the workout than stick to doing it 3 times a week, once you’re body is used to it you can do it more often. Never forget 80% of your workout is what you eat, so make sure you’re following a nutrition plan or your results will be minimal.
As a side note, as you first develop more muscle in you core areas your fat will stick out more because of the muscle underneath. Don’t let this discourage you because it’s a necessary step and if you keep with the cardio and stick to a strict nutrition plan you can eventually burn the extra fat off to reveal a sexier body underneath. Good luck and congratulations on giving birth, your must so happy (but tired) right now :)
