Hip Hop Aero

when will i stop?
im about 6 weeks and 4 days preganant and attending belly dance lessons,hip hop aero and Plain aerobics… i do weights and sit ups too…
when will i stop doing those?I want my labor pain to be lessen in the future but dont want my baby to get harm.please help! thanx a bunch!
You will stop when your body tells you to. As long as your are up to it, I don’t see why you cannot continue. It is good for you and baby come delivery time. Trust me, once fatigue, nausea, and baby bulk kick in, you can’t help but slow down. As long as you still feel good doing it, keep on sister.
