Free Mp3 Music Extractor
Why won’t my iPod play some songs?
Okay, so I have an iPod nano 2nd. Generation. What I do is, I download Youtube videos as a .flv file, using DownloadHelper from Firefox, then use AoA Audio Extractor to extract the audio from them and convert it to .mp3. It plays fine on iTunes and I have been able to sync it to my iPod, but whenever I try to play these on my iPod, it doesn’t play and instead when I click it, the apple logo appears. Is there anyway I could fix this? If not, can you suggest a good free music downloading programme? I’ve tried LimeWire and Frostwire but they don’t exactly have a wide selection of music I want. I’ve also tried mp3raid and they also don’t have a wide selection, or complete songs. I can get the music off Youtube which is why I tried this, but it won’t play on my Nano. Any advice is greatly appreciated.
Just to clarify, I don’t put the videos on my iPod, I extract the audio from them, because I have an iPod nano 2nd. Generation, which can’t play videos.
What I use to download files from Youtube is File2hd.com. And it works perfect and I can listen to them on my iPod. Paste the URL. Click “all files” and then scroll all the way to the bottom and find the one that says “Standard Quality”!
