Anyone have a free podcast / mp3 source on the topic of running?
I had made a few mp3s myself off of NPR, but that kind of spoils the fun while you are jogging to have already heard it. www.archive.org has some videos, but really no informational audio. Most of their audio when you search for “Running” is bad music.
By the way, I use Exact Audio Copy to record streaming audio to WAV so I can listen to it later as an mp3 on my portable unit.
Did you try iTunes? Go to the iTunes store and type “running”. Some podcasts are informational and some are various types of music.
