Country Music Fans, Who is or was the most underrated man in country music history? ?
In your opinion, who do you think is or was the most underrated man in country music history and WHY? The one person who failed to have great success, when by all rights he should have?
My Choice ~ Vern Gosdin, he has the most amazing voice, sings traditional country, has a wonderful gospel album, yet only a few people know just a few of his more popular song’s. He did not receive the recognition he should have in the music industry.
My first thought was Vern also, man I love him. But I will say Ricky Van Shelton is another one. A man with a wonderful voice, had some personal issues, but the industry turned him away for being outdated
